Refund Process

• Refund is processed after the returned item is received and verified by our team.
• Once approved, refund will be initiated within 3–5 working days.

• Refund method depends on your original payment method.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds can be processed via:

Delivery Charges

• Delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from DealVault’s side (wrong item, damaged product).

Non-Refundable Cases

• Product has been used or damaged by the customer.
• Return request made after 7 days of delivery.
• Product returned without original packaging.
